Scope:

  • See attached plan – you are to do the plumbing and gas fitting for a transportable 2 bedroom home as attached (1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, gas hot water, dishwasher)

  • The customers type is buying a granny flat to put on their property for their parents to live in.

  • They earn about $120k p/a between Husband and wife, putting them in the “good value for money:” category – not looking for designer products.

  • They aren’t professionals – i.e. they want it done right, functional, fit for purpose, but can’t afford to pay for top of the range.

  • The builder is supplying the toilet, the vanity, the shower tray and liner, the kitchen sink.

  • You are to supply all tapware, piping, fixtures and fittings, gas califont.(Please see below for base material outline)

  • You will have good free access at reasonable height for pipe out, and you will be given free access for fitoff.

  • Will be built in factory and trucked to their site

  • The install includes pipe out and fit off – Not connection to services at this stage – just the price of the build.

  • 1 toilet (S trap), 1 shower, 1 vanity, 1 kitchen sink, 1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine, 1 gas califont.

  • It is being connected to town mains water supply, and town foul sewer.

  • Sizes as per plan.

Go with your range that you would put in for first home buyers, value for money, but good function – something you would put in for your family.
